Great views from the rooftop bar.

The check-in process was chaotic and disorganized. We faced issues with our room not being ready despite arriving on time. Additionally, the noise from the pool area was unbearable during the night, making it impossible to sleep well. The bedding was uncomfortable, which added to our disappointment. Overall, it felt far from deluxe, and I certainly expected more for the price we paid.

I was really impressed by the impeccable service at breakfast. The staff actually tailored the sparkling wine pairing with my meal, totally unexpected yet so classy, they made me feel like royalty. Plus, the views from the top bar at night? Breathtaking, felt like I was on top of the world.

This place is literally above CentralWorld! Super convenient for shopping. The vibe is great, and the breakfast spread is something else—lots of tasty local dishes. Plus, I loved the rooftop bar views. One hiccup was the breakfast crowd. it got kinda packed, but honestly, it didn’t ruin my time at all.

In my wife’s opinion, the swimming pool's depth should cater better to families with younger kids.

The moment we checked in, we felt welcomed and relaxed. After my laptop went missing, the concierge, Chaiyasit, and Rujirawat went above and beyond to retrieve it from the airline. Their assistance turned a stressful situation into an inspiring experience. Don't miss the delicious breakfast buffet!

The stay was overall very enjoyable, primarily due to the convenient location above a large mall and near many attractions. The hotel is easily accessible from the BTS, making it perfect for exploring the area. I particularly loved the luxurious spa services, which were a great way to unwind after a busy day, and the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety. However, there were a couple of minor inconveniences, like needing to request an iron and the lift setup to get to the mall being a bit cumbersome.

Navigating the elevator system is a hassle. getting from the lobby on the 23rd floor to the club suite on the 48th requires multiple elevator rides. The mini-bar is shockingly bare, only stocked with two bottles of water, and I was expecting a smoking room but got no heads-up on its unavailability before check-in. The whole layout feels chaotic, particularly with the shared elevator access to the sky bar that draws in non-guests, making it hard to find your way in and out of the hotel.
